Because it's voluntary.

If ever their boss pushed them to be fit as a condition of employment, their health club involvement would probably last longer, yet at XYNGULAR we can't do that. It's voluntary. We're in the volunteer business.

There are several things you can change, and some things you can't. If I want to grow, we've got to get out, recruit, and then grow. Recruiting isn't optional, just like talking to people isn't optional. In each one of your businesses there are numbers you can't modify. People are going to do what they're going to do. You can't just take a flight into a wall harder and expect to succeed. Throwing alarm clocks into the cemetery won't raise the dead.

Leaders inquire us all the time, "Can we send them a letter and get them to make a move?" The answer is usually no. When they are done, they're done. You've got to concentrate on things you can control. You have to step back and understand your numbers. You focus your time, money, as well as everything on those things that will move your business forward.

Many people don't do that. They spend all their time wishing to change things they can't change.

In our business it's all about how you take care of people and make them feel. It's about creating a location of success where new Distributors could trust and believe in Xyngular.

Let them know the truth about their potential

You can't easily afford to tell someone, "it's easy." It's hard to make a million a year in this or any business. We make it more convenient here because we're a team. But never get up and then say it's simple. It's hard. If it's easy, it's sleazy. When it sounds too good to be true, it is. It's not able to happen for anybody if they think it's about to be easy. It's hard to win big.

A lot of people won't adjust their lifestyle enough to establish the day to day habits and disciplines that make it happen. But the right people will win. We appeal to a bunch of joiners in order to identify leaders. We attract joiners, yet we build winners. Winners want to know it's difficult. They don't want to be conned or hyped.

They must fully understand one thing...recruiting is not an option. Talking about the business and the products is not an option. It's fundamental. As it needs to be exciting. It needs to be a team sport.
